BTG Strategic Visit to Machakos County, Initiates Smart Solutions Pilot in Revenue and Health Machakos County, Kenya

Bridge Next Gen Technologies (BTG) is pleased to announce the successful conclusion of a strategic engagement with the Government of Machakos County following a high-level visit held on 25th September 2024.
The engagement provided a platform for in-depth discussions on the role of technology in transforming public service delivery, particularly in revenue management and healthcare. The visit resulted in the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between BTG and Machakos County Government, underscoring a shared commitment to explore innovative solutions that address critical operational challenges.
Following the MoU, BTG initiated a Proof of Concept (PoC) targeting two key sectors:
Revenue Management:
Healthcare Services:Deployment of a digital solution aimed at optimizing healthcare data management, improving service delivery, and enabling data-informed decision-making across county health facilities.
This PoC marks an important step toward demonstrating the practical value of digital transformation at the county level. BTG remains dedicated to supporting counties in leveraging data and technology to deliver better services to citizens.
